Printing Process

All 30THIRTY shirts are proudly manufactured in the USA with the latest DTG technology. Products on our website may be computer generated, therefore colors and appearance may vary slightly. All of our products are printed as they are ordered, therefore, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be manufactured.

Sizing

Our T's are an athletic or regular fit and mostly made from a tri-blend of 50% Polyester/25% cotton/25% rayon. This combination provides the best combination of softness and reduced shrink rate (less than 3%, on average). Sometimes, due to the color of the shirt, we use extremely soft, ring-spun cotton. We utilize Next Level or Bella + Canvas T's for our products, the particular brand of T will be listed with each product. Machine wash inside out on cold water, do not bleach and do not iron. Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat to prevent any potential shrinkage. Our T's get softer with each wash!

Shipping

Our products typically ship within 7 business days. Many orders may ship within 3 business days, though fulfillment may take longer. We are not responsible for delivery issues on orders where the shipping address was inputted incorrectly - please make sure to review all information before submitting your order. If something was inputted in error, please let us know as soon as possible. Every attempt will be made to rectify the issue, but once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes or modifications.

Returns and Exchanges

If your order is in any way defective, please let us know within 2 weeks of receiving the product so we can provide a replacement. 30THIRTY shirts in new condition (that means not worn and not washed) may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of their delivery date. Please note: original shipping charges are NOT REFUNDABLE. Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to be processed.

To be eligible for return: shirts MUST be in NEW condition (unworn/unwashed) with no damage, no deodorant marks, scent/odor or pet hair. We will inspect all returns; after inspection, all approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. The item(s)/amount refunded will be for the original purchase price (less shipping costs). Please allow up to 7 business days after receipt of the item for returns/exchanges to be inspected, processed, and shipped back out. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or due to a shipping error. In the event of a shipping error, a refund of the shipping charges will be refunded after examination of the product.

In the event you receive the incorrect product or size, all refunds/exchanges and shipping charges will be refunded to the original method of payment provided.

Payment

30THIRTY accepts all major credit cards including Apple and Google Pay. All information submitted to us is secure utilizing the latest technology.

Cancellations

If you decide you would like to cancel your order, please email us at info@3030shop.com immediately. Once an order has begun the fulfillment process, we are unable to make any cancellations or changes.

Custom Prints

We offer custom apparel designs! Please contact us at info@3030shop.com with any questions/ideas you might have. After a consultation process via email, we will provide you a mock-up of the design (not the design file itself) and will edit/change things as requested by you. Once the design has been finalized, we will offer a link on our website to your custom design so that you may order! All design work will be the property of 30THIRTY Apparel and can be sold at our sole discretion.

***Starting February 9, 2024, all requests for custom print jobs will require a $30 deposit. We will not provide mock ups, design work or a consultation without this deposit. We are making this change due to the number of requests we have received that did not result in a purchased product. Please thank the 20 or so people who have wasted our time***

Promo Codes

If you have a promotional code, simply enter the code when prompted during the checkout process. Your total will adjust automatically but please be aware that not all products are eligible for discount.
